| Plan, test and run pre-defined communications scenarios with a single button |

Using the Scenarios feature allows you to build predefined communication workflows, so that you can instantly activate approved communications to defined distribution groups.
Simply select a template, attach files, pre-record voice messages, labels and define recipients from a list of contacts or distribution list and save as a scenario for future use.
Scenarios supports all multichannel messaging and publishing channels as well as key features such as dynamic message variables and dynamic distribution lists which mean you can get personalised, targeted information out to the people that need it most.
With one click you can activate a plan, distribute supporting information and bring people together.

Enhancements to the Messaging Options feature give you more control over how messages are delivered to message recipients.
You can now easily override personalised messaging options for an entire send out by specifying one or more delivery channels such as voice, SMS and email, ensuring recipients receive the message as intended.
Alternatively, you can customise how each individual recipient will receive the message.

The Whispir API now includes an email CSV interface to support high volume, personalised messaging. It’s ideally suited for situations that involve high volume, one-off message send outs, without the prior need for importing contacts or customer data.
It’s as simple as sending an email with a CSV attachment that includes the recipients and message payload to a pre-configured email address. A success or failure email summary confirms the outcome of the message.
